Job Description:

Position involves the training and development activities of organization; Conduct needs assessment and learning programs analysis to ensure conformity with organizations mission, strategic plan, and focus on customer service both internal and external. Conduct performance-based measurement assessment for objective evaluation of instructional programs. Research, plan, organize, and conduct training programs for its employees in the Information Technology area particularly the training required in the software development. Design, implement, and deliver learning programs for Information Technology workers. Consult with senior leadership, as needed, to assess the learning needs development programs to correspond to these needs. Maintain learning & development records and create reports as needed. Work with senior leadership teams to Support a continuous improvement culture by partnering with operations leaders for Operational Excellence activities. Supervise technical training for staff. Continually evaluate learning programs to monitor and analyze effectiveness, to make recommendations for appropriate changes, and to update the training programs as needed. Design and develop materials for new and existing courses to support leadership, management and support staff using various delivery channels integrating learning principles. Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task. Formulate teaching outline and determine instructional methods such as individual training, group instruction, lectures, demonstrations, conferences, meetings, or workshops

Qualification:

The minimum qualification required for the performance of the above specialty occupation duties is bachelor’s degree and (3) years of professional work experience in related field. Experience in various phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) such as requirement gathering, data modeling, analysis, architecture design and development for the project.
